¿Qué te hizo unirte a IODA?
¿Cómo ha abordado la DEI en su lugar de trabajo?
Advocacy, allyship, challenging negative behaviours and celebrating good ones, regular talks and teaching
¿Cómo se define la inclusión?
Inclusion is the culture in which the mix of people can come to work, feel comfortable and confident to be themselves, and work and live in a way that feels true to them. Inclusion will ensure that everyone feels valued and importantly, adds value. You cannot have inclusion without diversity and, once you have these - belonging is possible

The first time someone shared with me that I had made a real difference
