I did my residency from Lerdsin Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.I have been serving in one of the remote hospital in my country for almost 2 years.I am very passionate in doing trauma surgeries and actively involved in community works also.

Educate oneself and others: Learn about DEI and its importance. Encourage our colleagues and employees to do the same. We organize workshops or training sessions to educate everyone on the importance of DEI and how to promote it.
