My name is David Fralinger and I am currently a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellow at A.I. DuPont/ Nemours Hospital for Children. I will graduate in July 2022. I am a member of a small but active group of LGBT Orthopedic Surgeons and I want to join the Diversity Alliance because I understand the importance of diverse viewpoints within the field. I hope that being in the group I can advocate for increased diversity in orthopedics for all under represented groups, including race, gender and sexual orientation and gender identiy.
